The 2015 Vintage has benefited of favorable conditions to produce grapes of high quality. The months of May, June and July have been warm and dry allowing a homogenous and early flowering and maturation. The month of August have been more temperate, and that allowed to preserve the flavorings and kept the plant in operation. The ideal conditions in September brought our harvest to a perfect ripe. The harvest started one week in advance on October 8^th, and finished on October 11^th. The quality of the grapes was superb, very concentrated, and aromatic. 

The quality is here, and our 2015 vintage will hopefully as superb as 2009 and 2010’s.

Let’s remember that the bottling of our 2013 vintage wine took place between September 21th and 23^rd of this year.

RVF 2014 – 2013 Vintages

Château Toumalin 2013 was acclaimed as a “Great Success”.

46 wines of the 153 Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac estates were tasted. Château Toumalin 2013 was selected as one of the six great successes.

Remark: “Xavier Miravete achieved a late harvest while maintaining the grapes in excellent health. The result is a full-bodied wine with very pleasant tannins.”

We would like to inform you that, in recent weeks, Chateau TOUMALIN stopped the commercialization of its various 2009 vintage bottles such as MT TOUMALIN, Chateau TOUMALIN and l’Aurea.

In regards to the 2010 vintage, we still have a few bottles of Château TOUMALIN 2010 and l’AUREA 2010,  but please note that MT 2010 TOUMALIN is sold out.
